Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Sarasota, FL - Can be a remote resource, but a preference for local Remote candidates will have to travel to the site once a month for one week. Notes: Team size: two people right now Will be working on existing stuff in their system, working on new packaging for customers when it happens, working on doing filming and editing videos They don t need to have a specific design software Photoshop, Indesign, or Illustrator any of that works. They are only working this role internally and haven t had anyone good apply and now us.Description:Position SummaryThe Senior Graphic Designer supports the Sovereign Naturals brand portfolio by executing high-quality visual assets across print, digital, packaging, and limited video. This role focuses on hands-on design execution in alignment with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and marketing objectives. The designer collaborates closely with the marketing team and external partners to deliver accurate, on-brand creative that supports product promotion, education, and sales. Local candidates strongly preferred, remote candidates will need to be onsite one week per month.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Execution

• Design and produce brand-aligned creative assets across print and digital channels
• Execute design work for packaging, labels, brand collateral, advertisements, catalogs, signage, merchandising, web assets, emails, social media, and trade show materials
• Develop mockups, layouts, and final artwork based on creative briefs and brand guidelines
• Ensure consistent application of typography, color, imagery, and layout across all deliverables

Digital, Photography & Video: Shoot, Edit, and Produce

• Edit and optimize photography assets for print and digital use (retouching, color correction, formatting)
• Assist with basic product photography and internal content capture as needed
• Edit and produce short-form video and motion assets for marketing, web, and social channels
• Support coordination of photoshoots and video production with internal teams and external vendors

Production, Proofing & Compliance

• Prepare print- and digital-ready files following production best practices
• Proof and review artwork and production files for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment
• Ensure approved copy, claims, and design standards are followed precisely
• Maintain version control and organized asset archives

Collaboration

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Operations teams
• Coordinate with external vendors including printers, agencies, and developers
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate proactively regarding timelines, revisions, and project status
