Job Description
As the Senior Graphic Designer for Stickers & Graphics, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design captivating Sticker Guide art, character prints, and graphic compositions for consumer products! You will assist in conceptualizing and executing attention-grabbing designs utilizing color, graphics, and typography to resonate with target markets. In this role, you will influence consumer-facing design initiatives for licensed products, support senior leadership, and act as a mentor to junior design staff. What You Will Do:
Support the Product Design Manager throughout the design lifecycle, from brainstorming and concept creation to prototype development and final production
Develop innovative, trend-forward designs, print patterns, and graphic compositions while maintaining brand integrity and aesthetics across design collections
- Actively research consumer market trends to keep the Sticker Guide up-to-date, producing insightful mood boards and trend-boards that communicate design direction
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in style, quality, tone, and voice
Create computer mock-up designs, maintain Sticker Guide document layouts and graphic assets on Google Drive, and prep final, error-free files for production and licensing partners
Lead communication with outside vendors and manage strict timeline requirements to ensure development milestones are consistently met
Act as a mentor and trainer for junior staff while supporting senior leadership with strategic design initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
6+ years of professional experience with a strong background in graphic design and fashion design, featuring a portfolio that showcases conceptual skills and trend-forward aesthetics
Strong knowledge of fashion trends, lifestyle genre collaborations, and product development executions across apparel, accessories, beauty, stationery, footwear, and more
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AI Design) and standard proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite
Deep understanding of consumer production printing processes (including color and material limitations) and multiple manufacturing processes
Proven experience working with licensed brands and developing productive relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors
Exceptional project management and communication skills with the ability to easily adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Art, Illustration, or a related field is a plus
Prior experience creating comprehensive style guides is a plus
Experience working in a global company is a plus

What We Offer
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $87,850 / Yr. The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
Our benefits package includes basic medical insurance that is 100% company-paid for employees and their children, employee basic life and AD&D insurance, a 401(K) retirement program with Jazwares matching up to 4% of pretax or post-tax deferrals, short and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement.
Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 workdays fully remote each year, and Time Off for vacation and sick leave. Through Jazwares Cares, you will have the opportunity to volunteer for up to 16 hours a year on community service projects.
