Senior Graphic Designer

A top producing team at Marcus & Millichap, the nation's leading commercial real estate investment sales company, is seeking a talented, career minded and experienced Graphic Designer in their Phoenix office. The individual will be responsible for providing marketing and creative assistance to provide value to their business. The ideal candidate should have an interest in a dynamic environment with a willingness to learn and grow in a multitude of tasks.This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly), in-office position – remote or work from home will be considered.The base hourly range for this role is $34 – $45 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations. Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials including informational marketing brochures, offering memorandums, proposals, etc. using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Assist in the utilization of various tools in key proposals and presentations.
• Create floor plans and site plans.
• Proofread and edit marketing packages for superior quality.
• Maintain current use of social media, team websites, and email marketing.
• 10-15% of time may entail research.

Required Knowledge and/or Experience

• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources; must be very articulate.
• Extremely proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including social media and corporate branding.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Versatile and flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested.
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining websites is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet critical deadlines.
• Must be a team player.
• 3+ years of graphic design and marketing experience
