Overview

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a highly motivated and professional Senior Handyman/Carpenter to join our growing team in Springdale, Arkansas. This role is perfect for an experienced craftsman who enjoys the independence of field work while maintaining the stability and benefits of a full-time W2 position.

You’ll work on a wide range of residential repair and improvement projects while delivering high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
Complete tasks including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tiling, and general handyman work
Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
Communicate professionally with customers and ensure satisfaction
Maintain a professional appearance and strong on-site presence
Work independently while contributing to team success
Travel between job sites using personal vehicle
Follow company safety standards and procedures

Requirements

Must live within 30–45 minutes of the Springdale, AR market
Must own a truck or van for transportation
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles
Must own personal tools required for the job
Ability to perform minor plumbing and electrical work
Willing to complete a background check and drug screening
Professional demeanor with strong work ethic
