Job Description
Senior Hardware Design Engineer(On-site)We're looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this hands-on role, you'll design, develop, test, and troubleshoot high-speed digital and mixed-signal hardware used in cutting-edge video, multimedia, networking, fiber optic, and medical products.You'll own projects from concept through production, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance products. What You'll Do
- Design and develop complex hardware using Altium Designer.*
- Create schematics and support PCB layout for high-speed digital designs.*
- Perform board bring-up, testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.*
- Validate hardware performance using industry-standard lab equipment.*
- Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineers.*
- Support product releases, engineering changes, and continuous product improvements.*
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.*
- 5+ years of hands-on hardware design experience.*
- Strong experience with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.*
- Experience designing high-speed digital and embedded hardware.*
- Knowledge of interfaces such as HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, or SDI.*
- Excellent troubleshooting and hardware debugging skills.*
- Experience with medical devices, video products, networking, or other high-reliability products is a plus.
