Job Description
Job Summary:
- Lead the design and development of next-generation network visibility platforms that integrate high-speed networking with compute and FPGA resources.
- Direct all phases of hardware development lifecycle, from initial architecture through production release.
- Manage, develop, and mentor a diverse, cross-functional team consisting of hardware, mechanical, and ECAD resources.
- Collaborate closely with product management, RTL, software, compliance, and manufacturing teams in a dynamic environment.
- Assist with managing and building OEM relationships while supporting sustaining efforts to improve manufacturing yields.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities.
- Hands-on background in the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment.
- Solid working knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and PCB stackups and materials.
- Proven experience with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design techniques and resolution of compliance issues.
- Familiarity with high-performance processors and embedded platforms.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
