We are a boutique safety consultancy headquartered in the vicinity of Chicago, currently seeking an experienced expert in safety protocols and compliance to bolster our team. Our firm specializes in partnering with diverse clients to craft, evaluate, and enhance their health and safety regulations, as well as providing comprehensive auditing and training services. This role requires a focus on technical safety expertise without the burden of business development responsibilities.

While a background in construction safety is ideal, we're open to considering candidates with experience in manufacturing, loss prevention, or related consulting fields. Candidates should bring a minimum of five years of safety experience and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with strong proficiency in digital tools and technology.

Expect to travel within the Chicago region for client engagements, with the flexibility of working remotely when not required on-site.
