Were hiring for a Senior Healthcare/Life Science Staffing Leader to build, scale, and lead a healthcare division through a turnaround and growth strategy, owning both vision and execution. What you will do:
- Lead a full turnaround and growth strategy for the healthcare staffing vertical*
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy, including target clients and service offerings*
- Build and scale high-performing sales and recruiting teams*
- Establish KPIs, operating rhythms, and performance management processes*
- Develop talent pipelines for critical healthcare roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied health)*
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and client expansion*
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, credentialing, and data privacy*
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership across operations, tech, finance, and HR
- Proven experience building and scaling a staffing vertical or business line*
- Strong background in healthcare staffing (nursing, allied, clinical, or healthcare IT, Life Science)*
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic growth plans*
- Experience leading senior leaders and driving accountability*
- Strong understanding of KPIs, sales/recruiting metrics, and operating cadence*
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments*
- Track record of improving team performance and business outcomes
