EVS is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead full-cycle recruiting while supporting critical HR operations across our U.S. and India teams. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and enjoys balancing strategic hiring, operational excellence, and employee support.
You’ll play a key role in building high-performing teams, strengthening HR systems and compliance processes, and supporting an exceptional employee experience from hire to retirement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, timelines, and hiring strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer, ensuring strong and compliant candidate experience.
- Represent EVS at career fairs and campus events while building proactive talent pipelines for recurring and entry-level roles.
- Administer Culture Index assessments and align hiring teams on candidate evaluation.
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- Support HR operations across the full employee lifecycle for U.S. and India employees.
- Administer Workday transactions including job changes, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance and Payroll teams.
- Assist with compliance reporting, audit preparation, and immigration documentation tracking.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building events such as Fun Foundry.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years of HR experience with strong focus on full-cycle recruiting and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience administering Workday and supporting HR systems.
- Experience supporting HR operations for both U.S. and India employee populations.
- Strong understanding of recruiting compliance, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, and recruiting platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and employees.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
