Sr. Human Resources Generalist- Onsite Manufacturing supporting ourFremontmanufacturing location, you'll drive people initiativesto shape & execute bold people strategies.
Your mission: Champion people development, revolutionize talent pipelines, optimize organizational efficiency, and lead dramatic change management efforts. This high-impactSr.HR Generalist position is laser-focused on driving cultural transformation to crush goals related topeopleinitiatives, employee relations, and supporting site leadership.TheFremontsite employs approximately400employees in a Union Manufacturing location and is a high visibility site with a large employee population that producesKetchupandsupportsanhourlyworkforceonsite.
This position requires an Onsite Presence Monday-Friday andwillinclude some work outside of first shift operating hours. This isa24/7ManufacturingSite.

Labor Relations:manages employee & labor relations by investigating- resolving and communicating employee questions- issues- concerns- grievances- and sets union labor strategy for the facility.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ Years of Experience inHRsupporting hourly employeesand cross functional partnerswithina manufacturing environment.
Strong eye for business, project management, and technical proficiencyinworkplace technology and systems (eg.Workday,Dayforce,Indeavor,MSOffice Suite,etc)
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights
Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Stronganalytical andproblem-solvingskills, leadingchangethrough others.
Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks,and the abilitytomanage multiple assignments.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00 - $97,300.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
