Human Resources HR GeneralistJoin a global designer and manufacturer of power conversion solutions. Partner with teams across the U.S. and Asia to support international operations.About Our ClientOur client is a well-established, globally recognized manufacturer specializing in advanced power conversion solutions and EMI filters used in high-performance industries such as medical devices, aerospace, and semiconductors. With headquarters in New Jersey and international operations, the organization is known for innovation, quality, and a collaborative culture.Job DescriptionHandle employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving company culture and employee satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Proven ability to conduct workplace investigations and manage complex employee issues
Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance
Experience leading training programs and managing LMS platforms
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
Experience with ADP and/or SkillSoft is a plus
