Job Description

Job ID : 94420-1 Job Title : Senior HR Product Manager Location : Irvine, CA - onsite Duration : 6 months + possible extension Rate Range: $55 - $65/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Senior HR Product Manager to join our team for a 6-month duration. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to enhance our HR technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience leading teams of Product Owners or Product Managers in a large enterprise environment.
Deep expertise in HR Technology and Workday.
Strong understanding of Agile product management and product operating models.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior business stakeholders.
Prior work experience in Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Asset Management.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with strategic planning and day-to-day execution in a product management role.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience in AI-enabled capabilities within HR technology.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agile Product Owners responsible for HR products and platforms.
Drive product strategy, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution across the HR technology portfolio.
Partner closely with HR, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
