Location: Johnston, RI Salary: Negotiable Description: Title: Senior HR Program Manager Type: 12+ Month Contract Location: Johnston, RI - Hybrid - Could consider remote candidates with travel 2-3 times a month HR Project Manager (International HR Solutions) We are seeking an HR Project Manager with international experience planning and implementing HR solutions. This role partners closely with HR leadership and key stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of HR projects specifically implementation and consolidation of payroll services. The position requires active planning of the HR project portfolio to ensure consistency, predictability, and high‑quality delivery, while managing interdependencies, risks, and project sequencing. Clear and proactive communication of project updates, milestones, and key messages is essential. Key Responsibilities • Lead planning and execution of HR projects using established templates, processes, and governance standards related to consolidation of payroll services • Support an initial project focused on consolidating and implementing payroll service providers in APAC and the Near East; requires flexibility to work across global time zones • Manage portfolio‑level planning to support consistent, high‑quality payroll product delivery across multiple initiatives. • Oversee interdependencies, risks, and project sequencing to ensure alignment with business commitments. • Collaborate with Corporate HR, Payroll, Procurement, Benefits, and Product teams across domestic and international locations.. • Ensure payroll solutions meet compliance standards and reduce non‑compliance risk. • Establish and manage a governance board, lead meetings, document actions, and maintain stakeholder alignment. • Manage the RFI and RFQ process with payroll service providers using previously collected data. • Capture “the what and the why” behind project goals and ensure all business requirements are clearly understood and delivered. • Provide structured stakeholder communication, including timely status updates, risks, decisions, and next steps. • Utilize existing project frameworks; this role requires adherence to current tools and methodologies rather than introducing new approaches. Qualifications • Experience managing international HR projects or HR system implementations. Specifically implementation and consolidation of payroll services. • ADP experience . • Background working on technically driven HR initiatives, though this is not a technical role. • Experience with payroll service provider implementations or consolidations strongly preferred. • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. • Ability to manage work across multiple time zones and collaborate with global teams. Preferred Skills • Workday experience preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams (required).
