Senior HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions
About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, hands‑on Senior HR Business Partner to support our Corporate Functions-including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and Aviation. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role partners with senior leaders and supports a client group of approximately 500 employees across two corporate offices and several field locations.
This is a highly visible role for an HR leader who enjoys being close to the business-helping leaders make better decisions, strengthening teams, and shaping the culture of the organization. You'll balance big‑picture thinking with practical execution, while leading and developing a strong HR team that supports our corporate workforce.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, using data, insight, and sound judgment to influence decisions
- Translate business priorities into clear, actionable people and talent strategies
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts
- Drive core HR programs such as performance management, talent reviews, leadership development, and engagement initiatives
- Partner closely with HR Centers of Expertise (Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management) to deliver scalable solutions
- Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing HR team aligned to Corporate Functions
- Champion change management initiatives tied to growth, transformation, and evolving business needs
- Provide oversight of HR policies, ensuring consistency, compliance, and thoughtful application
- Partner with Legal to ensure compliant employment practices
- Manage relationships with external HR vendors and service partners
- Coach and mentor leaders and employees to strengthen leadership capability and career growth
- Lead or contribute to special projects aligned with enterprise HR priorities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering talent, performance, succession, engagement, and change initiatives in complex organizations
- Strong leadership presence with sound decision‑making and judgment
- Experience supporting multi‑location or distributed workforces preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, customer‑focused mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems; Workday experience preferred
Leadership Scope
This is a people‑leader role, responsible for coaching, developing, and empowering HR professionals. Success in this role requires strong capabilities in talent assessment, delegation, strategic planning, customer focus, and conflict management.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- 5+ years partnering directly with senior‑level leaders
