Senior HVAC Installer

We are seeking a proven Sr.HVAC Installer to join our expanding team. This is a key leadership position that combines hands-on installation expertise with the ability to guide, mentor, and supervise a crew of installers to complete high-quality projects efficiently.
Compensation Up to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation required as needed)
Role Summary Lead the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems to the highest company standards while providing exceptional customer experiences. Oversee a team of installers, ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and with superior workmanship.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in HVAC
- Strong proficiency in gas piping and refrigeration piping installation
- Advanced skills in HVAC ductwork design, fabrication, and installation
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead installers
- Solid understanding of HVAC low voltage systems
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and best practices
- EPA Certification
- Must obtain and maintain all required NATE installer certifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or lead a team
