Job Description:
Position: Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour depending on experience + spiffs and commission
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 7:00am or 8:00am start time to 4:00pm or 5:00pm
What you will be doing:
- Service and maintenance of residential HVAC equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing equipment
- Apprentice ride a-longs
- Customer Service
- Education customers on our maintenance program and Indoor Air Quality options
- Consult with customer on repair and replacements
- Dispatched from home via Service Titan
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 5+ years of residential service experience
- EPA Certified
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
