Job Description

- Diagnose and repair advanced residential HVAC systems including ductless, heat pump, and conventional systems.
- Perform complex troubleshooting and resolve escalated technical service issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during in-home visits.
- Ensure all service work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and local codes.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior service technicians.
- Document service findings, recommendations, and completed work accurately.
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and ensure proper use of company tools and equipment.
- Support installation teams with technical troubleshooting and field guidance.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and job readiness for installation projects.
- Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination to keep projects on track.
- Communicate with the Branch Manager regarding project progress, field challenges, and staffing needs.
- Conduct job site visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- Work collaboratively with installation technicians to improve efficiency and project execution.
- Help resolve installation issues in real time to minimize delays and callbacks.
- Maintain communication between office staff, field teams, and management.
- Minimum 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with residential installation projects and field coordination preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
- Knowledge of ductless systems, heat pumps, and modern HVAC technologies preferred.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in residential field environments.
