Job Description

Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $40-$47/hour | Day Shift | No On‑Call or Weekends

We are currently seeking an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

As an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be a trusted expert for our customers and a leader within our service team. Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
Perform routine maintenance and system troubleshooting
Provide repair vs. replacement recommendations with honesty and professionalism
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
Mentor and support junior technicians
Share feedback with the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, parts, and pricing
Maintain company standards for safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience as a residential or commercial HVAC service technician
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Strong understanding of HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting
Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
Experience making repair and replacement recommendations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and teamwork
Ability to safely operate scissor lifts and Genie lifts
Basic sheet metal knowledge
Understanding of air balancing principles

Preferred Qualifications

Universal EPA Certification
HVAC technical school certificate
Ownership of required hand tools

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $40.00-$47.00 (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Overtime: Available as needed
No on‑call shifts
No regularly scheduled weekend work
