Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems in residential and some commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. In addition:

• Arrive at jobsites timely as scheduled when dispatched
• Report to dispatcher when arriving and leaving jobsites
• Communicate with customers and collect C.O.D. on maintenance visits as directed
• Ability to work staggered schedule if required
• Always maintain professional appearance and attitude
• Complete all service-related forms properly
• Provide all customers with new / renewal maintenance agreement program information Inform and educate customers on additional products or services available through company for positive outcomes
• Inform customer of replacement options following company guidelines
• Ability to provide commercial maintenance and demand service on basic commercial property

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• 5+ years experience as an HVAC Technician
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, property maintenance practices, and relevant building codes
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required
• Journeyman HVAC
