Job DetailsSenior HVAC Service TechnicianLocation: Raleigh, NCType: Full-TimePay: $35–$45/hrSummary: A well-established mechanical services contractor in the Raleigh area is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial clients. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working directly with customers, and mentoring junior technicians.Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system performance testing
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
• Respond to service calls and occasional emergency maintenance requests
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and support field teams
• Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders
• Communicate system issues and solutions with customers and internal teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical components
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license and strong commitment to safety
