Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior IT Architect with deep expertise in banking and payments systems to design, guide, and implement enterprise-level technology solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in top-tier banks or payment companies, with a strong track record of architecting complex payment and banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise architecture for banking and payment systems
Design solutions across payment processing, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation platforms
Collaborate with product, program, and business teams to ensure technology aligns with business goals
Drive digital transformation and modernization initiatives
Ensure solutions meet regulatory, risk, and compliance standards
Provide technical leadership, review designs, and guide development teams

Required Skills & Experience

8–15 years of experience in IT architecture or solution architecture in banking/payments
Strong knowledge of core banking, payment systems, and fintech platforms
Expertise in integration patterns, API-led architecture, cloud solutions, and real-time payment systems
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, ACH, card networks, or digital wallets
Experience in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and modern payment technologies
Prior experience in consulting or large-scale transformation programs
