Job Summary: Looking for a Senior BSA with strong experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, STTM, and Data Lineage. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to manage data requirements and governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business/data requirements
Perform STTM and support data lineage
Define and monitor data quality rules
Analyze data flow across systems
Support UAT and collaborate with IT & business teams

Required Skills:

Banking / Financial Services experience
Data Governance & Data Quality
SQL and ETL/Data Warehousing
Knowledge of lineage, metadata, and data modeling
Strong communication skills
