Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC (Onsite). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous Apex.
Develop and maintain user interfaces with Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and conduct root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and development methodologies.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
Expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, and Batch Apex.
Experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce integration patterns.
Proficiency in Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security models, sharing rules, and data management.
Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools, version control, and CI/CD practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or relevant Salesforce certifications.
Experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical initiatives.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
