Your Tasks

Advise HR and management on German and EU employment law and coordinate labor law matters across EMEA
You represent Arthrex in German labor court (1st instance) and support employee relations (performance, discipline, terminations, works councils)
Guide HR in restructurings and reorganizations as well as develop and update labor-law policies and guidelines
Monitor legal developments and assess business impact alongside training HR and leaders on employment law topics
Last but not least you collaborate closely with Legal, HR, and Compliance on governance and risk topics

Your Profile

You are a fully qualified lawyer (1st and 2nd exam) with extensive experience in employment & labor law
Strong expertise in German employment & labor law representing employers alongside a good understanding of EU/EMEA frameworks
Proven experience in labor court proceedings with background in multinational environments; HR advisory experience is essential
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills alongside high integrity, independence, and ability to manage complex cross-border matters
Last but not least, you have fluent German and English skills, experience in both law firm and in-house roles preferred
