Job Description

Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Senior LCSW to join our team!Job Title: Senior Licensed Clinical Social WorkerLocation: Sylmar, CA 91342Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)Pay Rate: $50-$52/hourKey Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychosocial assessments and clinical interventions for patients*
  • Develop and implement treatment and discharge plans*
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals*
  • Advocate for patient needs and connect patients with community resources*
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
  • Active LCSW license*
  • Hospital experience preferred*
  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
