Full-service Texas firm seeking a SeniorLitigation Paralegal for theirHouston office.  The firm provides a very collaborative and team-orientedenvironment.Schedule: 100% in officeHours: 8am-5pmBenefits: Parking is 100% paid andthey offer full benefitsKey Responsibilities/Details
  • The docket they will be working on is primarily a commercial litigation docket with a little oil and gas and bankruptcy
  • Must have some commercial litigation experience. These are large voluminous cases.
  • Must be tech savvy and experience with eDiscovery platforms.
  • Assist with discovery responses and document productions.
  • Docket deadlines
  • Extensive communication with experts
  • Assist with trial preparation and attend trial
  • No real billable requirement
Requirements:·        5+ years litigation experience . Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.A combination of education and experience may be considered.·        Proficient with local, state, and federal filing rules·        Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.·        Strong technical skills·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.·        Familiar with any document management system, preferably iManage.·        Detail oriented and able to prioritize, multi-task, and work wellunder pressure.·        Professional, polite, and positive client-centric attitude.Work Location:·        Full-time in Houston officeHOUDT42
