- Organize and complete client expenses using Microsoft
- Provide legal support for Attorneys to reach the common goal
- Assist with case management of personal injury cases from resolution to discovery and deadlines.
- Help Attorneys with settlement negotiations for clients.
- Maintain regular communication with Clients
- 5 years experience in personal injury law or any similar plaintiff area of law
- Has experience with Microsoft Office and is comfortable with Excel
- Knowledgeable in the litigation process
- A Bachelors degree is highly preferred
- Paralegal certification is ideal
