This is an in-office role.Company ProfileEstablished Law PracticeCollaborative, team-oriented cultureHigh-level commercial litigation practiceThe Senior Litigation Paralegal will provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters from case inception through trial and appeal. This role requires an experienced, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple complex cases with minimal supervision.Senior Litigation Paralegal ResponsibilitiesManage complex litigation matters throughout all phases of the case lifecycleDraft, review, and finalize pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and legal documentsCoordinate and oversee document collection, review, production, and organization for large-scale discovery mattersPrepare and maintain case files, chronologies, witness files, exhibit lists, and trial notebooksCoordinate depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trial logisticsAssist attorneys with preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and appellate mattersReview and organize financial records, corporate documents, contracts, and other business recordsPrepare exhibit binders and manage trial exhibits using courtroom technology as neededMonitor litigation deadlines, scheduling orders, and court filings to ensure complianceCoordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, court personnel, and vendorsPerform legal research and cite checking as assignedMaintain accurate case management records and support attorneys in managing active litigation docketsSenior Litigation Paralegal Background ProfileParalegal Certificate requiredBachelor’s degree preferred7+ years of paralegal litigation experience supporting commercial litigation attorneysStrong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas state court filing proceduresFederal court litigation experience preferredExperience supporting complex business litigation matters involving contract disputes, partnership disputes, fiduciary litigation, employment matters, construction litigation, or commercial business disputesExtensive experience with discovery management, document production, deposition preparation, and trial supportExperience preparing summary judgment evidence and supporting dispositive motion practice preferredAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document management systemsExperience with eDiscovery platformsExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detailSelf-motivated professional capable of working independently and anticipating attorney needsFeatures and BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experienceComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with employer contributionProfessional development opportunitiesStable, collaborative work environmentFeatures and benefits of this direct hire position may change without notice and are subject to the client's discretion.Frontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
