They have a hybrid work model.Job DescriptionAssist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document management for complex litigation matters.Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.Coordinate and manage deadlines for filings, discovery, and court appearances.Support attorneys during trial preparation and provide assistance during court proceedings as needed.Conduct thorough research using legal databases and other resources to gather case-related information.Communicate with clients, witnesses, and external counsel to ensure the smooth flow of case-related information.Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
