The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands-on analytics expertise, stakeholder management, and team leadership experience, along with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable data solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage offshore teams delivering supply chain analytics.
- Be able to think from client's business standpoint aligning all program executions to right business outcomes or aligned to business needs
- Bring in domain construct to the tech teams and help them understand/apply it
- Augment the BAs and Architects in discussions/conversations with domain knowledge
- Advisor to client and guide to TA/Vendor/Partner team in Supply Chain domain related info
- Proactively think through what could be effective as an org to implement/augment during separation process to enhance its capabilities as a new MedTech company
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
- Guide and mentor teams of business analysts and data professionals to deliver high-impact solutions
- Architect and design scalable data analytics frameworks and solutions
- Apply advanced analytics techniques (Machine Learning, AI, Optimization, Operations Research) to solve business problems
- Work with large datasets to extract, transform, and structure data using SQL and related tools
- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
