Growing revenue cycle management firm is looking for a Senior Manager Billing Operations!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Managing a group of billing supervisors in helping establish revenue cycle best practices and overseeing day to day billing operations.
- Reviewing and investigating escalated billing complexities to ensure timely follow up and resolution of denied claims and payer concerns.
- Work with clients in onboarding and advising of billing trends, operational efficiencies, and resolution of aging claims.
- Communicating billing issues to both executive level staff and billing teams.
- Report generation, data analysis, and documentation management.
- Maintaining integrity of confidential issues and compliance management.
- Working knowledge of clearinghouses, portals, and medical software platforms.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients on resolving billing issues.
