The Boeing CompanyOur Global Real Estate (GRE) organization is seeking a Senior Manager (Level L) to lead our Americas Transaction Management team, responsible for managing all Real Property transactions for the United States. This includes all real property capital acquisitions, dispositions, and lease events. This Senior Manager will be working in a virtual capacity.
You will manage the relationships between the GRE Americas Transaction team and senior leadership across Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) including the Boeing Business Units (BU), the GREF Business Unit Integrators (BUI), the GREF Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), GREF Projects, Asset Management, Construction and Engineering Team (ACE) and GREF Facilities Management.
This position will lead a real estate team of internal and external experts that will generate ideas and provide industry expertise that supports the development of Boeing’s long-range strategic portfolio needs as well as tactical short-term needs. You will manage the Employee Portfolio Leaders (PL) and our major project leads who work with the other GREF–aligned teams and BUs to address Boeing real property needs.
Also, you will manage the strategic relationship with Boeing’s GRE external vendor partners and Project Execution Leads (PEL). This includes financial oversight of the relationship, day-to-day outcomes from the partnership as well as ensuring that the partner(s) are bringing the full capabilities of the provider to Boeing.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage employee activities within facilities planning, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-range business objectives and strategic growth plans
Develop comprehensive project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals that support both immediate needs and future scalability
Drive continuous process improvements by leveraging data analytics and industry best practices to enhance operational performance and support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
Drive alignment with other Global Real Estate and Facilities teams, including Facilities Management and the Construction and Engineering teams
Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners, and direct reports to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes, ensuring they support long-term sustainability, innovation, and compliance with corporate standards
Manage, develop, and motivate employees by cultivating a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, and continuous learning
Lead with a Seek, Speak, & Listen (SS&L) mindset, promoting open communication and strategic dialogue to drive alignment and engagement across teams
Up to 30% domestic travel will be required based on business needs
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience leading teams
5+ years of experience with principles of facility management or real property planning or corporate real estate
5+ years of experience with budgeting and forecasting
Experience with negotiation skills
Experience with critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with third-party service providers and/or independent auditors
Able to travel domestically up to 30%
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, purchasing or sales
Experience in property management
Experience working with developers

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $136,000 - $211,600
