Senior Manager, FP&A
Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and executive-level financial analysis across a global organization. This role partners closely with Accounting, Operations, and senior leadership to drive financial insights, reporting excellence, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead consolidated financial reporting and variance analysis for a multi-entity global business.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop executive reporting and financial presentations for senior leadership.
- Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to improve data quality, automation, and reporting processes.
- Analyze key business drivers, profitability, operating expenses, and foreign currency impacts.
- Support finance transformation initiatives and adoption of advanced analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 8+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance experience.
- Experience supporting global, multi-entity, and multi-currency organizations.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting skills.
- Experience with enterprise planning and reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, OneStream, or similar).
- Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
Preferred
- Experience within technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, or other complex global organizations.
- Exposure to supply chain, operations, or recurring revenue business models.
- Experience driving process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.
