Job Description
HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media & Content, to lead the Organic Social team, establishing best-in-class social and content strategies, piloting and creating exciting new content concepts on existing and emerging platforms, and overseeing community management for HelloFresh’s growing brand portfolio. The Organic Social team serves content to an audience of over 5MM consumers on owned social channels alone.
This position will work within the Brand Marketing organization to maintain industry-leading levels of brand awareness, brand affinity, reputation, and retention.
You will...
- Own organic strategy and business outcomes for HelloFresh, Green Chef, EveryPlate, and Factor_ brands.
- Use data and constant experimentation to optimize and report on performance across all platforms.
- Lead creative execution for major brand campaigns, partnering with internal and external partners to deliver innovative and disruptive social-first content.
- Partner with Brand and Growth Marketing teams to ideate and deliver on social aspects of campaign briefs.

At a minimum, you have...
- 5-7+ years of social media experience, preferably at a large D2C brand or agency working directly on a large D2C brand.
- Proven experience developing innovative social media strategy (content and campaigns) at previous brands.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns, or working with influencers directly.
- Expertise with a wide range of social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter.
- Hands-on experience capturing and creating culturally relevant content (Memes, GIFs, phone-captured video content).
- Experience with paid marketing channels and running Paid Social campaigns, like Paid Social, SEM, Display, CRM
- Experience with data storytelling, social listening, and brand performance tracking.
- Experience working with an in-house creative team (briefing, art-direction, asset management, etc)
- Experience with social media publishing tools (Sprout Social, Hubspot etc.) and social listening tools (Talkwalker, BrandWatch, Synthesio, etc.)
