Senior Manager- Product Marketing- Ads Representation Business
About the Role
As the Senior Manager- Product Marketing for the Ads Representation Business, you will drive the commercial success, market positioning, and scalable growth of Microsoft Advertising's portfolio across represented regions. This is a highly strategic, B2B-focused role centered on building robust Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, orchestrating sales enablement, and crafting sophisticated client solutioning frameworks.
Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic product marketer to head the marketing efforts for our strategic Microsoft Ads partnership. InMobi represents and resells Microsoft Ads to advertisers across multiple regions globally. This role will serve as the lead PMM position for this entire global business line.
As the lead PMM, you will be the definitive thought leader and go-to-market (GTM) plan owner for the partnership. You will be the face of InMobi's marketing efforts for this business, both internally within the InMobi organization and externally to our market of advertisers and agencies, and senior Microsoft stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will deeply understand the search advertising ecosystem, lead with market insights, and partner closely with our sales teams to produce best-in-class sales enablement collateral that drives revenue. Furthermore, you will act as the critical hub for this business, collaborating closely with centralized marketing execution teams (for example, events, social, PR, web) to bring your GTM strategies to life across various channels.
What are we looking for?
Experience:
- 8+ years of work experience, with 3-5 years dedicated to product marketing, partner marketing, or agency representation in the AdTech/MarTech industry.
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising, with a strong expertise in the search advertising ecosystem (experience directly with Microsoft Ads is a massive plus)
Strategic Thinking and Execution
- Act as the definitive thought leader and end-to-end GTM marketing plan owner for the Microsoft Ads representation business across the EMEA, IN and SEA regions
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify regional market gaps, and evolving advertiser needs
- Equip and enable the sales organization with best-in-class insights, competitive intelligence, and high-impact sales collateral to accelerate revenue growth and win market share
- Champion the representation business model and drive the narrative for the overall partnership ensuring resonance both internally within InMobi and externally with key partners
- Collaborate seamlessly with centralized marketing execution teams to deliver on channel-specific campaigns, including industry events, social media, webinars, and PR
- Communication and Content Development
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, customer-centric narratives tailored to advertisers and agencies
- Proven ability to produce high-quality content across diverse formats, including blogs, narrative decks, reports, whitepapers, customer success stories, thought leadership articles, and website or external platform content
- Skilled in designing visually impressive, story-driven presentations for customer, sales, and leadership audiences, ensuring clarity, impact, and strong visual storytelling
- Excellent presentation and delivery skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and captivate diverse internal and external audiences

- Ability to lead and collaborate heavily across cross-functional and matrixed teams, including Sales, Account Management, centralized Marketing functions, external Microsoft and advertiser stakeholders
