Job Title: Senior Manager, Corporate FinanceType: 6-Month Renewable ContractCompensation: $65.00 - $70.00/hrContractor Work Model: Remote Hours: 40.0
Overview In this role you will be supporting enterprise FP&A—owning corporate forecasting, core financial models, and executive/Board-ready reporting packages. This is a role where you will be partnering closely with Accounting, Tax, and Treasury to deliver budgets, monthly/quarterly reporting, guidance materials, variance analysis, and ad hoc leadership analyses, with a focus on improving forecasting processes and controls.Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-level financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the client’s Corporate Finance team.
- Manage and own key corporate finance deliverables, including Board presentations, annual budget, monthly finance packages, quarterly earnings, and financial guidance materials.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of core corporate financial models, supporting various cycles like budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead forecasting efforts for key inputs such as expenses, stock-based compensation, royalty income, amortization, share count, and cash flow.
- Collaborate with finance teams to review variances, identify drivers, and communicate implications to leadership.
- Coordinate with Accounting to incorporate actuals and ensure proper accounting treatments are reflected in forecasts.
- Partner with Tax to prepare quarterly legal-entity financials and with Treasury for cash flow and equity forecast preparations.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentation materials suitable for executive and board review.
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes, models, and standard deliverables, enhancing efficiency and clarity.
- BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or related analytical roles.
- Advanced Excel-based financial modeling skills.
- Experience with financial systems; Hyperion experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated strong decision-making skills and ability to operate independently with limited guidance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly to senior management.
