Title: Senior Supply Chain Manager

Salary Range: $155k - $195k 

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead all Supply Chain and Direct Procurement activities at our Lakewood manufacturing site. This role serves as the on‑site leader for Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer‑focused operations.

What You’ll Lead

• End-to-end S&OE: demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and production scheduling
• Master Supply & Demand planning for new products, transitions, and long‑term capacity
• Procurement performance, supplier management, and material availability
• Inventory optimization, lifecycle management, and obsolescence reduction
• Cost‑management initiatives aligned with global strategies
• Compliance with SOX, FDA, ISO, and internal standards
• Development and performance of Supply Chain and Procurement teams
• Cross‑functional partnerships with operations, quality, finance, engineering, and global supply chain teams

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, efficient, and reliable material flow to support production and service‑level goals
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement, planning, and inventory processes
• Lead complex supplier negotiations and manage production‑impacting escalations
• Oversee requisitions, POs, planning, scheduling, expediting, and inbound logistics
• Deliver accurate forecasting, KPI reporting, and actionable insights to leadership

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred
• 12+ years of progressive Supply Chain management experience
• Direct SIOP experience
• Background in high‑volume manufacturing or distribution environments
• Experience managing inventory with traceability and shelf‑life requirements
• Regulated industry experience (medical device/pharma) preferred
