This position is best suited for someone whohas deep negotiationexpertise. iscreative, has a bias for action,a love forand network within sports and entertainmentin addition toexcellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working both horizontally and vertically across an organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward to achieve goals.

Key Components of the Role

  • Leadthenegotiation,development and execution ofleague, team and athletepartnershipsin sportsthat drive differentiated channels of marketing to build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business

  • AssistHead of Sports & Entertainment Marketingin the development of end-to-endlocal market strategiesand provide input on partnership opportunities that align with brand and business objectives

  • Collaborate with external partners on creative briefs forsportsinitiatives

  • Work closely withsports marketingagency and ancillary vendors to ensure successful partnership execution

  • Assistin the development of research frameworks for ROI onSportsPartnerships

  • Support the influence of category marketing, central marketing, consumer insights, sales, finance, and agency partners to bring creative ideas & activations from concept to reality

  • Participate in discussions during presentations with business unit and marketing senior leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-agency teams (creative, social, media, PR) to bring ideas to life and extend campaign across relevant channels

  • Apply consumer insights to informsportspartnerships and campaign strategy

  • Analyze data to inform strategies and assess in-market results to drive business objectives

  • Assistin delivering creative work and activations on time and on budget

Qualifications

  • 5-7years prior experience insportsmarketing, either in a CPG company or supporting from the agency side (advertising, consulting, media), is preferred

  • Creative innovator with the courage to stand up for ideas and is passionate about the power of brand, design & consumer experience toimpactstrategic direction of business

  • Experience in supporting the development and execution ofsportspartnerships, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork

  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a cross-functional team environment

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with multiple simultaneous projects, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$120,800.00 - $151,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
