Subject Matter Leadership & Quality Assurance

  • Apply substantive knowledge of targeted violence prevention, violent extremism, radicalization, and related fields to intervention design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with behavioral threat assessment practitioners, psychologists, researchers, and other specialists, recognizing when additional expertise or review is needed.

  • Brief clients and stakeholders on intervention strategies, progress, findings, and recommendations, translating complex information into actionable insights.
  • Lead and develop campaign managers and team members through effective delegation, coaching, constructive feedback, and clear performance expectations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.

Organizational Development & Growth

  • Collaborate across Moonshot's Network Development, Research & Analysis, Campaigns, Product & Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver integrated prevention initiatives.
  • Contribute to standardized intervention methodologies, quality assurance processes, and organizational learning, ensuring lessons from campaign delivery inform future practice.
