About the Job
We’re looking for a digitally native, creator-minded, and culture-obsessed Senior Manager, Social Media Creative & Content Strategy to define how our brands show up across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and whatever comes next.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social, understands the creative language of each platform, and knows how to turn cultural insights into brand storytelling that people actually want to watch. You bring both strategic rigor and creative gut instinct, and you know how to guide creators, shape bold ideas, appear on camera when needed, and build content systems that scale.
You’ll lead our multi-brand social vision, oversee a team of social specialists and creators, and partner closely with brand, creative, and agency teams to produce original, scroll‑stopping content that drives relevance and impact.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build a cohesive, multi-brand organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create a proactive, original storytelling engine—beyond trend participation.
- Define each brand’s cultural role, rooted in insights, behaviors, and platform-native formats.
- Translate brand priorities and campaigns into social-led narratives and content systems.
- Guide platform-first concepts and content calendars grounded in strong cultural and creative POVs.
- Oversee internal creators, strategists, community managers, and agency partners.
- Provide crisp creative direction ensuring content is native, watchable, and highly engaging.
- Work across formats—studio, lo-fi, IRL, UGC, AI-driven.
- Bring creator energy: comfortable jumping on camera when appropriate.
- Mentor an in-house team across content strategy, creative, and production.
- Collaborate with brand, creative, comms, media, analytics, and governance.
- Represent the social POV to senior leadership.
- Define KPIs for engagement, reach, sentiment, and cultural impact.
- Use analytics to refine creative and strategy.
- Maintain strong platform relationships to stay ahead of trends, tools, and best practices
About You:
- 5+ years in social, content strategy, brand marketing, or creator marketing.
- Proven experience leading social strategy for recognizable brands or creators.
- Deep fluency in TikTok and Instagram—algorithms, formats, culture, creative best practices.
- A strong creative POV on what’s culturally relevant and what works.
- Comfortable on camera as well as directing others behind the scenes.
- Understand social as a creative ecosystem, not just channels.
- Confident storyteller and communicator.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Please provide examples of work, including at least one of the below:
- Links to social accounts you’ve recently led or contributed to
- TikTok/Instagram content you’ve created or appeared in
- A portfolio, reel, or select work samples

The salary range for this position is: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00
