Job Description

Working at QVC Group means joining a live social shopping company with incredible teams, ambitious projects and amazing careers. QVC Group, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands - QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill® and Grandin Road.

Your Opportunity, Your Team

QVC Group's Total Rewards function is in the middle of a transformation, and this role is at the center of it. The Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards Operations, Technology & Innovation reports to the Director of Global Total Rewards & Mobility and leads the team responsible for how total rewards programs get designed, delivered, and scaled across 17,000 employees in seven countries.

This isn't a maintenance role. You'll inherit a global total rewards operation that's ready to be modernized, and you'll have the mandate and support to do it. That means rethinking how compensation and benefits planning cycles run, bringing AI and automation into total rewards workflows, optimizing how we use Workday, and building the governance and infrastructure that lets a lean team operate at enterprise scale. You'll partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, People Systems, and external vendors across six retail brands to make total rewards programs faster, smarter, and more consistent.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters (Studio Park) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Lead global annual total rewards planning cycles end-to-end across compensation, benefits, and executive compensation, including merit, bonus, equity/LTI, off-cycle adjustments, and benefits enrollment. Own cross-functional coordination, system execution, data validation, analytics, and stakeholder communications.

  • Own the strategy and optimization of Workday across total rewards modules. Lead configuration directly or partner with People Technology to streamline processes, eliminate manual work, and improve the end-to-end system experience.

  • Build and execute a total rewards technology and automation roadmap leveraging AI/ML, intelligent workflows, and APIs. Design next-generation solutions including automated audit engines, predictive analytics, benefits optimization modeling, and decision-support tools.

  • Create and maintain global total rewards policies, governance frameworks, and education programs that bring consistency, compliance, and transparency across all rewards programs. Build dashboards for pay competitiveness, benefits utilization, pay equity, and program performance.

  • Manage global survey participation, market data and benefits benchmarking vendor relationships, and data quality to ensure accurate market intelligence across all geographies and programs.

  • Manage and develop a team of total rewards operations and technology professionals, building technical and analytical depth and a culture where innovation and continuous improvement are the expectation.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive total rewards experience spanning compensation, benefits, and/or executive compensation, with at least 3 years leading operations or COE functions in a global, multi-country organization

  • People management experience with a track record of building team capability

  • Strong Workday configuration experience across compensation and/or benefits modules

  • Experience building or implementing automation, AI/ML, or advanced analytics solutions within total rewards

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency and experience with market data and benchmarking platforms

  • Working knowledge of global total rewards regulations including pay equity, pay transparency, ERISA, ACA, and international compliance requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field. CCP, CBP, or GRP designation a plus.
