Role Summary

The Senior Communications Manager will develop, produce, and maintain high-quality content and visual assets that support both internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and a polished brand presence across all digital and physical platforms. This role combines strategic content planning with hands-on design and production, and supports public relations efforts that enhance and protect the company’s reputation in key markets.

Travel: Ability to travel up to (30%) to project sites and/or for company gatherings.

Location: A preference for candidates located at our corporate HQ in Denver, CO.

Compensation : $150,000 - $175,000 (Offers Bonus)

Essential Responsibilities

Internal Communications

  • Draft, format, and distribute employee newsletters and announcements

  • Create visually appealing quick guides, FAQs, and survey result summaries

  • Support internal campaigns (wellness, DEI, sustainability, training programs)

  • Facilitate regular cadence of executive communications to broader company audiences.

  • Assist with recognition programs by translating employee stories or award highlights into polished content

External Communications

  • Assist in drafting press materials, including media statements, talking points, and backgrounders

  • Support proactive storytelling efforts by developing content for external audiences across digital and media channels including social media

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging in public-facing communications

  • Help monitor social media engagement and media coverage, supporting response coordination as needed.

Visual & Graphic Design

  • Design presentations, slides, and templates for leadership, internal teams, and customer-facing materials

  • Produce graphics for newsletters, social media, and other digital platforms

  • Maintain a cohesive and professional visual identity across all communications

  • Assist in building an internal asset library for teams to access branded materials

Field Marketing / Events

  • Collaborate on planning and producing materials for external events, including presentations, videos, and marketing collateral

  • Support corporate event management: sponsorships, promotion, and coordination with external partners as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to translate complex content into clear, visually engaging materials

  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of communications, marketing or graphic design experience, ideally in the commercial real estate or construction industries

  • Experience communicating with senior leaders and executives

  • Experience drafting strategic communications and supporting public relations

  • Knowledge of issues impacting data center industry preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, and highly cross-functional environment

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
