About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to help lead and evolve a portfolio of enterprise transfer pricing software products used by multinational enterprises. This is a senior, hands-on product leadership role focused on balancing growth, customer retention, and modernization across products at different stages of maturity.

You will work closely with engineering, design, customer success, sales, and domain experts to define product direction, make clear prioritization decisions, and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers operating in a highly complex regulatory environment.

This role reports to the Director of Product Management for Transfer Pricing and plays a critical role in scaling the portfolio while reducing operational and customer risk.

What you will do

  • Own day to day product leadership for one or more enterprise software products within the transfer pricing portfolio.
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer needs, regulatory requirements, technical health, and commercial outcomes.
  • Lead prioritization decisions across new capabilities, customer retention initiatives, modernization efforts, and technical investments.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Sales to understand churn drivers, adoption challenges, and opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
  • Drive product initiatives related to benchmarking, economic analysis, and transfer pricing compliance reporting.
  • Design and scope generative AI and machine learning powered features, from problem definition through delivery and iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineering on delivery planning, technical tradeoffs, and longer term architectural decisions, including AI driven solutions.
  • Establish and track product health metrics such as adoption, retention, cost to serve, and delivery performance.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership, on roadmap decisions, risks, and progress.

What we are looking for

Required experience

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex B2B or enterprise software products.
  • Direct experience in transfer pricing, including benchmarking and transfer pricing compliance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the workflows and challenges faced by multinational enterprises and transfer pricing practitioners.
  • Proven ability to manage products at different lifecycle stages, including growth, maturity, and end of life.
  • Experience designing and delivering generative AI and or machine learning features in production software.
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear product requirements and delivery plans.

Preferred experience

  • Experience with advanced prompt engineering, including designing and iterating on complex prompts.
  • Experience orchestrating or pipelining multiple prompts together as part of a broader workflow.
  • Familiarity with agentic or semi agentic AI approaches where models perform multi step tasks.
  • Experience working with roadmap and product management tools such as Aha!.
  • Experience working in Azure DevOps and Confluence for backlog management, delivery tracking, and documentation.
  • Background working closely with cloud based platforms, data intensive products, or analytics driven systems.
  • Technical degree such as computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a software developer, technical lead, or solution architect.

How you work

  • You are comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership of complex problem spaces.
  • You can zoom out to portfolio level thinking while still diving deep into product details when needed.
  • You are pragmatic, outcome focused, and willing to make tradeoffs rather than chasing perfect solutions.
  • You communicate clearly and build trust across product, engineering, and business teams.
  • You bring a strong point of view but are open to being challenged by data, customers, and peers.

Why this role matters

This role has real impact. You will help shape the future of a transfer pricing software portfolio used by some of the world’s largest multinational enterprises, while tackling meaningful challenges around product modernization, customer retention, and scalable growth.
