  • May support validation and analytics to evaluate process effectiveness.

  • Support career and internal mobility initiatives, defining frameworks and criteria for advancement across roles and functions.

  • Contribute to talent planning and succession management, integrating performance and potential insights to inform leadership and capability discussions.

  • Stay current on industry trends, research, and legal requirements in performance management and organizational development to inform best practices.

  • Advanced degree is strongly preferred (Master's or PhD) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated expertise designing and implementing validated, data-informed performance and assessment frameworks.

  • Experience working in complex, high-growth, or matrixed organizations, ideally within technology, robotics, or manufacturing sectors.

  • Proven success leveraging Workday or comparable systems to enable scalable, integrated talent processes. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with measurable impact.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill data into clear stories and targeted recommendations.
