Senior Manager, HR Operations

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager of HR Operations, who will be responsible for leading and optimizing HR operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role oversees HR service delivery, systems, and policies, driving continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR services.
- Integrate AI-driven tools and analytics into HR processes to improve decision-making, enhance employee experience, and optimize workflows.
- Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI in HR operations, including bias mitigation and data privacy.
- Leverage HR technology and automation to streamline workflows.
- Lead and develop the HR Generalists / HR Business Partners, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Provide guidance and support for complex employee relations and operational issues.
- Oversee HRIS administration and ensure data integrity.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Generalists/HR Business Partners and other departments to deliver seamless HR services.
- Act as a point of escalation for operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR technology platforms
- Familiarity with AI-powered HR tools and predictive analytics for workforce planning
- Project management and process improvement certifications (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.

Role is hybrid with at least two days each week in the office. Candidates should be able to commute to Malvern, PA at least two days per week.
