You will lead the regional product sales team, responsible for:

Maintaining strong customer and market relationships
Managing sales performance and customer satisfaction
Overseeing product management and R&D activities

Your key priority is to ensure high efficiency, profitability improvement, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Expectations

Full profit and loss responsibility for your regional product team
Implement strategic objectives for Pulp, Energy, and Circularity to drive sustainable growth
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Valmet to move the business forward
Work globally to support business development and stable sales growth
Lead and develop a high-performing product sales team, fostering collaboration and innovation
Support cross-business area initiatives and actively implement process improvements in sales and customer service
