Senior Manager, Merchandising Product Development - Household Cleaning & Paper - Walmart BrandsThis role is based onsite in Bentonville, AR; relocation requiredAt Walmart, we help people save money so they can live better. As a Senior Manager, Merchandising Product Development you will play a critical role in building and scaling Walmart’s Private Brand businesses across Household Cleaning & Paper. Your product expertise, customer-first mindset, and industry vision will enable you to create innovative, high-quality products that customers trust and love. In this role, you will translate deep customer insights and technical expertise into best-in-class product strategies and specifications. You will partner closely with merchants and cross-functional teams to bring new products to life, influence category direction, and help shape the future of Household Cleaning & Paper at Walmart.You’ll thrive in this role if:- You have a background in paper and/or formulation.
- You are passionate about building successful businesses and grounded in the fundamentals of product development, including customer insights, trends, brand development, formulation, and manufacturing.
- You are comfortable influencing across the industry—from ingredient and finished-goods manufacturers to national brands, regulatory bodies, special interest groups, and academic partners—and translating those perspectives into strong business opportunities.
