About the team: The Store Tools - Receiving Team develops innovative digital solutions that enhance store receiving operations. This team designs scalable mobile and handheld applications, leveraging advanced wireless tracking to streamline inventory processes. By bridging backend supply chain data with store activities, the team creates user-friendly tools that improve accuracy and efficiency across numerous retail locations. Collaborating cross-functionally, they transform complex logistics into seamless digital experiences, driving operational excellence and real-time visibility from receiving docks to sales floors. The team is committed to continuous improvement, automation, and delivering impactful solutions that support frontline associates in their daily tasks. What you'll do:

• Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to ensure performance goals are met.
• Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Partner with senior leaders to define goals, risks, and success criteria, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.
• Evaluate program performance using data analytics, recommend adjustments, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service and product capabilities.
