- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs, managing cross-functional dependencies and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Define program goals, stage gates, and critical paths while driving clarity and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure sound technical practices are implemented across engineering solutions.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to maintain program momentum and quality outcomes.
- Mentor team members on best practices, promote continuous improvement, and implement automation to enhance program efficiency.
- Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders and executives.
- Extensive experience in program management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation for large-scale, complex technical initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in systems thinking and technical expertise in software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, and service management frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver clear, concise program updates.
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proven ability to develop scalable, repeatable processes and improve operational excellence.
