The team manages media relations, addresses reputational matters, and crafts proactive narratives that support Walmart’s global brand. Reporting to the Director, members act as key spokespersons and frontline operators, shaping conversations on retail’s future and global issues. This team values quick thinking, adaptability, and collaboration to deliver clear, impactful messaging that aligns with enterprise goals and enhances Walmart’s position as a trusted leader worldwide.

What you'll do...

• Develop and implement strategic global communication plans in collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Oversee the creation, review, and distribution of communication materials aligned with global strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness using established metrics and benchmarking practices.

• Lead and mentor communication team members, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold standards of integrity and ethics.
